M-Form

M-Form fills in the fields of drawings in Master Drawings Drafting™ from Siemens PLM Software. Different templates, depending on the language, region, size and orientation will be maintained by M-Form. Coercive fields require the user to input and selection fields help in standard texts. M-Form can be optimally adapted to the needs of the company.

Graphical user interface

M-Form has an open and simple user interface. The front-end of M-Form (the fields) is build over an external file. This allows us to adapt M-Form optimally to the needs of the customer.

M-Form can be executed with a Master Drafting™ Ikon. The start mask includes all head data. A parts list, modification information’s as well as tolerance information can in addition supplementary to the normal head data be put on the drawing. All information’s are archived in a hidden symbol of the current drawing.

Special features

M-Form can select the status of the TDM and protect the fields from access so. The persons who have access at a given status of the TDM are deposited in a special access table. The entry fields are changeable with internal commands in the most different way. As a result so completely new character strings are available.

Drawing Layouts

These are created with Master Drafting™ as a regular drawing and the fields which shall be replaced later provided with special text variables. An enclosed Drafting macro creates from a selected area a symbol and export this automatically to the correct place. This allows very quick and simple layout modifications.
